Food Guy and Marcy Show
Today we were invited to be on the Food Guy and Marcy Show. The Show is hosted by Guy Fieri(Food Network Star and self proclaimed 'Jerky Freak') and Marcy Smothers(vegetablist, mommy and super athlete). Deana "The AXE" Kodiak, (producer) had it all set up for us to come in studio and be part of the show. We had a killer 10 minute segment talkin about Green Light. Guy, plowed through 2.5 bags of jerky in what seemed like minutes. We think he's addicted. Our Jerky was a Big HIT. These guys are great, they made us feel right at home. We got to hang out in studio and listen to the other guests, watch the 'behind the scenes' of radio and we even got a free book (NICE!).

They brought in appetizers from Tex Wasabi's (one of Guy's kick ass restaurants). One bite and our lunch plans were settled. If you are ever in Santa Rosa or Sacramento, you gotta try this place. My personal favorite, The Garden of Good EVIL. Damn tasty.

Lots and Lots of Locations
April has already been a busy month. Since April 1st Green Light has sealed the deal with 21, count em, 21 retail locations. These are very nice neighborhood markets for people that care about the food more than the price. Click the link to see if there is a store near you. Great Radio
So far the deal with KNBR is going very well. We have already had 4 on air mentions and were invited to the studio to see how things go and meet Fitz and Brooks. The guys are great and we got FanPics with both of them and the jerky. We also have a new flavor in the works, Flavor #5 The Mojo "a Fitz and Brooks, Green Light joint"
